I’m incomplete,
chasing the meaning
of all that matters.
Tearing the scars apart as the void of years goes by.
It’s been a while
since the old days.
Echoes of past mistakes follow me.
I must forget
and I can’t look back
to beaten, broken and shackled times.
Make me complete,
stitch me together
to make me whole.
I cannot face again the sins of sleepless nights.
Time will reveal
what was meant to be,
not so called friends nor the adversaries.
I must forget
and stay on my path.
Find the way which leads out of the maze.
